Career History                                                   

Alistair has worked as a consultancy since 2003 and has worked with organisations in a variety of industries including healthcare, engineering, chemicals and property.  Prior to this, he was the European Quality Manager for ICON Health and Fitness based in Leeds.  Icon owned several leading brands of health and fitness products, including Reebok, Weider and ProForm.  Alistair was responsible for product quality and process performance in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and US operations. He pioneered the implementation of total quality and achieved certification to ISO 9001 at each site.
