Acadamic lecturing:
- 8 years’ experience as a lecturer, full-time & part-time (e.g. Birmingham City University), delivering courses in Quality Management, Statistics, and Process Improvement. I have helped more than 200 mature students from industry to achieve formal qualifications, including CQI and City & Guilds. In 1999, in conjunction with a colleague at Birmingham City University, I designed and delivered an CQI module C6 course, ‘Quality in the Automotive Industry’ and set and marked the associated examination.
